Sign up and pay the one-time fee of £99 + VAT and you will instantly receive all the benefits of SlothPlatform. To get started, simply provide the necessary personal information and verify your account with a valid ID, along with proof of address.

Once complete, you will have full access to the platform, tracking progress and giving full transparency at each stage of your property transaction. You can also review and retrieve all your documentation instantly in your secure vault.

What are the benefits of the subscription service?

With a monthly subscription fee of £7.99 + VAT, you will have continued access to SlothGuard and SlothVault.

SlothGuard is a land registry alert system that protects your home against criminal and fraudulent transactions on your home. An account is automatically created for you, helping to greatly reduce your risk of fraud, through fraud alerts. SlothGuard is designed to assist you in three separate areas:

1. Protection: set up and remove Land Registry Alerts (LRAs) with no user action needed. SlothGuard can create LRAs and register to your address. It can also email you if there is any activity on your property.
2. Dashboard: SlothGuard cross-references Zoopla, RightMove, and SpareRoom to see if there are alerts that match your property.
3. Insight: You can gain access to a self-signup digital journey and learn about key dynamic property insights.

SlothVault will store and share important legal documents from your solicitors, accountants and other financial services. • Sloth Guard. This protects you as an individual from suspicious activity on the property. You can enable fraud alerts and know when anyone is registering transactions on your property. Sloth Guard also provides you with personal protection and alerts you when any of your personal information has been compromised.
• Sloth Vault. This product allows you to store your legal documentation and accounts, as well as personalizing your life's legacy.

Who are Arnold Baldwin (A & B)?

Arnold Baldwin is a national firm of property surveyors that will provide you with a detailed survey of your property. It is vital that you have a fully-trained surveyor look for any fundamental defects with your property. They provide a valuation based on what they find, combined with local market knowledge, giving you the ultimate protection.

Surveys highlight defects that may not be obvious to an untrained eye - some of which can get progressively worse over time if they are not remedied immediately after moving into a property.
